Tehran→Manjil→Rudbar→Masuleh→Khalkhal→Ardebil→Sarein→ Kaleybar→Tabriz→Kandovan →Tabriz → Takab → Zanjan→ Hamedan→ Qazvin→ Alamut Castle→ Qazvin→ Tehran
Day 1 (Tehran) O/N Tehran
After arriving at Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA), you will meet and greet Derak representative.
Day 2 (Tehran) O/N Tehran
This morning, you will start to visit:
Day 3 (Tehran) O/N Tehran
Today, you’ll discover the Iranian History and culture in Tehran:
In the late evening, you’ll head for Tabiat Bridge, the pedestrian bridge connecting two famous park in Tehran.
Day 4 (Tehran, Manjil, Rudbar, Masuleh) O/N Masuleh
Right after having breakfast, you have a ride drive towards Masuleh (378 km) which is an amazing village with its unique architectural style, located in Gilan province. The fantastic nature of this area will amaze you.
Day 5 (Masuleh, Khalkhal, Ardebil, Sarein) O/N Sarein
In the morning, you will get on the road toward Sarein (240 km), passing through the wonderful road of Khalkhal, and also visiting Shourabil Lake in Ardebil province.
In Sarein County, you will enjoy its unique nature and also its therapy water springs.
Day 6 (Sarein- Kaleybar) O/N Kaleybar
After breakfast, you will get on the road towards Kaleyber County (260 km) in East Azerbaijan, a lush and green place which is used for summer camp. Enjoy its outstanding landscape.
Day 7 (Kaleybar) O/N Kaleybar
Today, you’ll drive to a green and forest valley, Makidi Forest Park which is among Arasbaran forests. After that, climb up to the mountain to visit Babak Castle.
Day 8 (Kaleybar- Tabriz) O/N Tabriz
Leaving Kaleybar toward Tabriz (180 km), there you will visit:
Day 9 (Tabriz- Kandovan-Tabriz) O/N Tabriz
Today, a short drive takes you to Kandovan village (56 km), the marvelous village located in the middle of Osku valley. It is well-known for its unique architecture including manmade cliff dwelling which is still inhabited. After discovering this unique area, you will drive back to Tabriz and rest there.
Day 10 (Tabriz- Takab- Zanjan) O/N Zanjan
After breakfast, you’ll drive to Zanjan (500 km); en route, you will visit one of the mysterious UNESCO sites: Takht-e Soleyman (Throne of Solomon) in Takab.
Day 11 (Zanjan- Hamedan) O/N Hamedan
Early in morning, you will head for the UNESCO site, Soltaniyeh Dome, the capital of Ilkhanid dynasty which was founded by Mongols. Then, you’ll continue the road towards Hamedan, ancient Ecbatana (260 km)
Day 12 (Hamedan) O/N Hamedan
Today, you’ll have the whole day to explore this ancient city; including:
Day 13 (Hamedan-Ali Sadr Cave- Hamedan) O/N Hamedan
Early in the morning, you’ll go towards Ali Sadr Cave (74 km) which is a rare example of the caves for boating. After discovering this unique cave, you’ll drive back to Hamedan.
Day 14 (Hamedan- Qazvin) O/N Qazvin
After breakfast, drive towards Qazvin (237 km); there, you will visit:
Day 15 (Qazvin- Alamut Castle- Qazvin) O/N Qazvin
This morning, you’ll go to Alamut Castle (108 km) and climb up the mountain to visit the remains of the castle which wasa refuge for Hasan Sabah, the promoter of Ismaili Shiite, during Seljuk period. Then, driving back to Qazvin, en route, you’ll explore Ovan Lake.
Day 16 (Qazvin- Tehran)
Today, you will continue the journey towards Tehran (159 km), and you will transfer to Imam Khomeini Airport (IKA) for departure flight.
