Red Pomegranates
Pomegranate plays a great role in Iranian lifestyle in a way that is the important item of Yalda Night. The pomegranate festival is a kind of thanksgiving festival taking place every year, from October to December. This festival is held in Arsanjan and Neiriz in Fars province; while you will join in different activities such as picking up pomegranates, preparing pomegranate juice and sauce, and cooking a delicious local food called “Ash-e Anar”.
